Our Return Policy

We ask your cooperation with these simple rules. Merchandise may be returned within 30 days of purchase for exchange or refund. A valid Tazstar Solutions receipt for the merchandise must accompany all returns. Returned merchandise must be in the original packaging, unopened, with all the components and inserts in place.  You must call and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and obtain the appropriate return shipping address and instructions.  Returns shipped without proper RMA will not be processed.  

Payment

Payment may be made by major Credit Card including MasterCard and Visa . We accept checks but we cannot ship the merchandise until the check clears. Please call us directly at our toll-free number (888) 852-8595 for bulk quantity payments.

We do not share your information with third party vendors and all data is kept secure and confidential.  We use the contact information you provide  to provide you with information about products  and promotions which might be of interest to you or to enable you to take advantage of special promotions.  Shipping

We use a variety of carriers for each shipping option including UPS and FedEx.  We may use air or ground shipping as necessary to get your items to you within the promised time frame.  Standard UPS Ground shipping is usually 3-5 business days.

Sales Tax

We must collect sales tax on shipments within Georgia. The tax rate is based on the tax rate of the destination address.
